Information for Resellers

Part of providing Web Hosting Reseller accounts is the need to understand the responsibilities of both Expressnet and the Reseller.

Expressnet Responsibilities

• Maintain server stability and uptime
• Inform resellers of any proposed server configuration changes
• Inform reseller of any additional features being added to the product offering
• Invoice the reseller on the agreed frequency
• Provide technical support to the reseller only, not the resellers clients

Reseller Responsibilities

• Ensure all Expressnet Invoices are paid before the due date
• Monitor clients usage to ensure compiance with Australian Law (ie Copyright, Adult Content)
• Perform billing and support for their clients
• Resellers clients are not to contact Expressnet for support.

Client Billing and Support

For those resellers who require a tool for billing and support of their clients, we recommend WHMCompleteSolution.

Other well known billing applications are Clientexec and Modernbill.

Reseller vs Affiliate

If you want to earn some from web hosting, but don't want the hassle of billing and supporting your customers, you can signup for the Expressnet affiliate program. Affiliates earn a healthy commission for each customer they refer to Expressnet.
