To host a website on the internet, you need a domain name. Domain names are commonly known in the format www.domainname.com, or www.domainname.com.au.
Many packages allow you to host more than one domain if you would like to.
If you wanted two domain names to display the same data you would setup one domain as the hosted domain and the other as an alias domain.
If you wanted to have forums.domainname.com or billing.domainname.com as well as www.domainname.com these are subdomains and can be setup for any hosted domain.
You can see more domain aliases and subdomains in the Expressnet Knowledgebase.
